Seriously! Our members who participate in Group Exercise Classes experience a strong sense of community and friendly competition that keeps them connected and motivated!

Reservations are required for all classes including Aqua.  For questions on how to reserve, see  CLASS RESERVATIONS below.

High-energy Cardio, Cycling classes, fun dance moves in Zumba and Groove, strength-training found in Power and Sculpt, low-impact, flexibility and core in Aqua, Yoga, Pilates and Barre, with a whole lot of options in between.

If you are new, returning from a hiatus, illness or injury or want to take your fitness to the next level, plan to arrive 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor. Our qualified, caring instructor will give you tips and guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. As you review the schedule for your Home Club, look for the * symbol for our ‘Smart Start’ classes that are designed to ease you into that class format.

Class Reservations: Those classes requiring reservation are noted on your Home Club’s schedule. To reserve, you may stop by the Front Desk or call (805) 464-4100. You may also conveniently reserve online accessing our KCF Mobile App. Click here to download our App.

Reminders: · You may reserve for yourself only
· Cancellations must be received at least one hour prior to the class start time.
· Classes require set-up. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to pick up your reservation at the Front Desk. Please do not arrive in class without your reservation. . Instructors are happy to assist with set-up if it’s your first time
· NOTE: For those who have not checked in, reservations are given to alternates 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
