Seriously! Our members who participate in our Group Exercise Classes experience a strong sense of community – along with friendly competition – keeping them connected and motivated!
- Reservations are required for all classes.
- Classes can be reserved as early as one day in advance.
- You may only reserve for yourself.
- Cancellations must be received at least one hour prior to class start time.
- Classes require set-up! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
- Reservations are given to alternates 5 minutes prior to the class start time.
