YEAR ROUND PROGRAMS-ADULTS
Masters Swimming:
Masters is a coached workout of one hour and 15 minutes (leaving early is OK), and is a great way to get your workout done within a group format.  Coaches help you work on stroke technique & provide workouts to challenge you, and to enhance your swimming experience.  This is a wonderful program if you plan to do triathlons, compete in USMS swimming, or simply want to get in shape by swimming a varied workout.  You do not need to be a "pro"  swimmer!  Swimmers new to Masters Swimming (and able to swim a continuous 300m) are encouraged to come and give it a try.  It's a terrific way to add structure to your pool workout.  We aim for 2500-3500 meters per workout, which is flexible.   Pull buoys and kickboards are provided.  Please bring goggles, and any additional equipment you prefer (eg paddles, fins, etc).   Please register at the Front Desk.  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00-8:15am  -   Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am -10:15am    -   
Tuesday, Thursday 12:00pm -1:15pm

Adult Swim Clinic:
"Beginner" Swim clinic is a class geared toward those who may be able to swim a length or more in the pool, but who may not be very comfortable doing so.  We help with breathing, stroke technique, and proper body positioning & balance, so that you can find more ease and efficiency in the water.  "Intermediate" Swim clinic is a class for those who have taken the swim clinic or are proficient in free style and are ready for the next step. A master swim style workout ( less yardage)while learning proficiency with  Open Turns, flip turns, back stroke, breast stroke, butterfly and more. Please bring goggles. and cap or ponytail long hair.  Please register at the Front Desk.  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 12:00pm-1:00pm

Aqua Jogging:
Aqua Jogging is a really super exercise mode, whether you are recovering from an injury, enhancing your road mileage, or just wanting to add another dimension to your aquatic routine.  Exercising with others definitely enhances the aqua jogging experience!  Please bring an aqua belt if you have one, or use our exercise buoys to get started. 

Water Polo:   Age 10 & Up
Coached classes are year round. Classes are open to club members of all ability levels, either to learn the sport, or to get technique back in tune.  Come out and work on your drills and skills!  Please note that Members must be at least 10 years of age in order to participate.  Guests ages 10-17 may participate for a monthly fee.  Questions?  Call  781-3488 x 17.  Tuesday, Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm

Private Lessons:   All ages
High quality Private and Semi-Private Lessons are offered all year round here at Kennedy Club Fitness.  Our excellent coaching staff is committed to helping you with the specific goals you have for getting the most out of your personal fitness time in the water.  Lessons are available to students of all ages and abilities, and at times which accommodate your busy schedule.  Please call 781-3488 Ext 17 to learn more!

YEAR ROUND PROGRAMS-YOUTH
Child Policies:
Members only ages 14 and up may use the pool & spa on their own. Members only ages 10-13 may use the pool & spa, as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under 10 can only be in the pool or spa while participating in a KCF sanctioned activity & with their instructor.NO EXCEPTIONS!

Family Swim:   All Ages
Family swim is held all year round.  Enjoy some unstructured time in the pool,  and  have fun with your family and friends.  A lifeguard is on duty during this time (note: any child under age 14 must have a parent present at the pool). No fee for club members. Guests welcome for a small fee.  Saturday 1:00pm-4:00pm

Stroke School:   Age 7-17
Stroke School is an instructional program for students 7 or older and a great next step beyond lessons, towards swim team or for young athletes desiring to swim well for fitness. Level 1 must be able to swim at least 25 meters of freestyle & backstroke without stopping and be comfortable with there face in the water and in the deep end of the pool. Level 1 students should be comfortable in the water for 45 minutes and able to swim 300-500 meters in that time. Level 2 must be able to swim 100 meters of freestyle & 50 meters of backstroke without stopping.  Knowledge of breast stroke & butterfly are also required. Workouts are 45 minutes and will cover 1000+ meters. A skills test is required prior to enrollment in this program. Enrollment is each month, payable at the Front Desk, and by completing a registration form.  Monday - Friday 3:15-4:00pm

Water Polo:   Age 10 & Up
Water polo is held  on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.   Learn the game, or keep your current game going.  Coached by accomplished, hands-on players, this is a great chance to get in the water and work on (or learn) your water polo drills and skills.  No fee for club members.  Guests up to age 10-17 are welcome for a monthly fee, payable at the Front Desk, and by completing a registration form.  Tuesday, Thursday 6:30-7:30pm

W.E.T. CAMP I                      June 17th– June 21st
Water Endurance Training, work on you over all fitness and learn some new water skills, This camp is a mixture of, Water Polo, Swim Team, Jr Guards and a little more

FUN & FITNESS CAMP         June 24th– June 28th
Learn to have fun while staying fit. With games, circuit training & obstacle course

AMAZING RACE CAMP         July 8th- July 12th
Work your way through a multi-day KCF treasure hunt with challenges, detours & road blocks!

J.R. GUARD CAMP               July 15th- July 19th
Learn the basics of being a lifeguard and play fun games!

OLYMPIC CAMP                   July 22nd- July 26th 
Faster, Higher, Stronger... Come participate in our KCF version of the Olympics!

HAWAIIAN CAMP                 July 29th- August 2nd
Experience the fun, games & adventure of Hawaii without the long plane ride!
