SPECIAL MEMORIAL DAY HOURS AND GROUP EX SCHEDULE
We look forward to meeting you and helping you with your fitness goals through our diverse programs. We have sessions for cardio, cycle, strength, mind/body as well as specialty classes (see class descriptions below). It is important to us that you experience success in the class format of your choice. Please arrive 5 minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor. Our instructor will give you tips and guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Below you will find class descriptions and the class schedule for this Club. If you are new or returning to exercise, look for the 'flag' symbol, noting class formats that are designed to ease you into your fitness program. Please let us know if you have any questions. See you in class!

CARDIO
GROUP STEP
Discover new heights with GROUP STEP! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60-minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with GROUP STEP.
GROOVE

If you can Move you can Groove. You’ll stomp, wiggle, hip hop, snap, shimmy, shake, slide, smile and laugh your way through this fitness dance program. Experience a fusion of club, urban, and Latin dance styles with motivating music. Supportive, funky, easygoing instructors help you Get a Move On! with Groove.
GROUP KICK

GROUP KICK brings it on! This electric 60-minute fusion class of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self-confidence! Energetic music, awesome instructors and a group environment will keep you punching, kicking and smiling! GROUP KICK will knock you out.
STEP
For all the freestyle step lovers out there—STEP brings you a one-hour workout that combines continuous movement with great music. Previous Step experience is recommended; however, all levels are welcome.
MULTI-STEP
Get ready for a great workout for the body and the mind! Each week we use multiple platforms to create a unique stepping experience as we move from one step to another. A great workout that will keep you energized from one week to the next.
ZUMBA

ZUMBA is a mix of easy to follow Latin dance steps like the merengue, salsa, cumbia, mambo, samba, and flamenco as well as other dances from around the world including hip-hop and belly dancing. The dances are set to toe tapping, arm swinging, high-energy Latin music that just makes you want to get up and move!
CYCLING
GROUP RIDE
Everyone finishes first in GROUP RIDE! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains, and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. Motivating music, awesome instructors, and an inspiring group environment lets you RIDE ON!
TOUR
Sign up for the ride of your life! This class is geared for everyone, because you are in charge of the workload on your bike. All terrains, great tunes, and no traffic – we will guide you over hills, through valleys, across the flats. Please bring a towel and water bottle. The number on the schedule behind Tour indicates the duration of the class.
STRENGTH TRAINING

Let's Get Hard Core! Train like an athlete in 30 action packed minutes! GroupCORE will improve your athletic performance, prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching will guide you through functional, exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel and bench to challenge you like never before!
GROUP POWER

GROUP POWER is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, GROUP POWER is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover results---discover GROUP POWER. Please pick up CLIPS AT FRONT DESK.
SCULPT
Get ready for 60 minutes of muscular strength and endurance training for all the major muscle groups in your body. We will use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, tubing, and stability balls to challenge your entire body. Abdominal training and stretching completes each sculpt class
MIND/BODY
GROUP CENTERGY ![]()
Redefine yourself with GROUP CENTERGY. Grow longer and stronger and improve your stamina as you explore this 60-minute journey of yoga and Pilates movements. Positive uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and even smile. Discover GROUP CENTERGY.
PILATES
PILATES mat classes focus on toning and lengthening while promoting posture, coordination, and balance. This functional training approach works from “the inside out” by activating the deep muscles of the core and promoting mobility of the spine. PILATES is great for all fitness levels.
YOGA/PILATES ON THE BALL
A combination of Yoga and Pilates, Pilates on the Ball takes the same principles of Yoga and Pilates and combines those moves with the added benefit of doing them on a ball. Utilizing the ball provides the participant with a powerful workout for increased core stability, as well as improved posture and muscle balance.
TAI CHI
An ancient form of movement designed to create a peaceful mind and healthy body. This class integrates stability, mobility, and breath into a “moving meditation”. TAI CHI aims to improve balance, coordination, and range of motion while decreasing stress and joint pain. TAI CHI is great for the beginner and seasoned participant.
YOGA
YOGA is a balance of body, mind, and breath. YOGA will move through poses to increase strength, flexibility, and balance while improving posture and coordination. These progressions will allow everyone to work in their own comfort zone.
POWER YOGA
This challenging 60-minute yoga class will move you through a fluid variety of yoga poses to maximize your stamina while focusing on the other benefits of yoga practice: strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. A more vigorous practice than our other yoga classes.
SPECIALTY CLASSES
AQUA
AQUA classes are a great way to workout while minimizing joint stress. You will get a combination of cardio, strength, and flexibility in this class. This is a great way to enjoy exercise in our pool. Equipment is provided – please wear sun protection and bring a water bottle.
GROUP ACTIVE

Activate your life in only one hour! Feeling fitter, stronger, and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength, and improve your balance and flexibility. All in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. Get more out of life, Get Active!
CLASSIC FIT
Designed to meet the needs of the mature adult and the beginner exerciser—this class can be enjoyed by anyone. You get a great combination of low impact cardio, strength training, and flexibility training in one class.
KID POWER
A great time for your children! This class combines fitness, fun and making friends through a variety of high-energy games, songs and activities. This class is for ages 4-9 years old. Reservations are required and can be made at the front desk.
CLASS RESERVATIONS
- Sign up only yourself one day in advance in person or by phone at the front desk.
- Cancel reservations at least one hour prior.
- Classes require set-up time. Please arrive 10 minutes before class and introduce yourself to the instructor. They can assist you with equipment set-up.
- Check in at the front desk to claim your reservation and pick up equipment. For cycling classes (Tour & Ride), pick up your Ticket To Ride.
- Reservations given to alternates five minutes prior to class start time.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CYCLING CLASSES (TOUR & RIDE).
